What are my options of payment?

We accept payments by Credit Card & Paypal. For large orders we also accept payments by check.

How do I receive the scripts?

The scripts are emailed to you as emailed attachments in a zip file. You can unzip this to your local hard disk and follow the installation instructions from the readme.htm

How long does it take to receive the files?

During working hours, files are sent out every 4-5 hours. For orders received during the night, they are mailed out in the morning.

Will you install the scripts if we are unable to?

Yes we do, this service is provided free of cost. Use this form to contact support to install the script.

What is your refund policy?

If you are unable to get the script to work, or the script does not perform to your satisfaction, contact us for a full refund within a week.

I am a charitable organisation, educational institution can I get a discount?

Our scripts are low priced and we charge the same to all users.
