Details
Counters
are boring as they do not consider the time factor. One site
may say it has a million hits but it might be counting its
hits for the past 5 years while another site might say it
has a 100 thousand hits, but it might have started just a
month back. Many of the new sites have shifted to a more interesting
way of boasting the number of visitors it has, and that is
Users Online. We also made a variant called Users Today which
will show the visitors in the last 24 hours.
- Does
not use any databases to store visitors data.
- Counters
can be added using Javascript also to Non-PHP pages.

This is
a simple script that we have developed that you can install
on your site in less than 5 minutes. Both the Online and Today
scripts are included in the download file.
